Where do you ship and how much is shipping?
Most of our products are shipped worldwide, each item has an Icon and or noted in its description if worldwide or US only product. Shipping charges are calculated based on the item size, weight, destination and your preferred speed of delivery. In some cases there are more than one courier options to ship your order which in such case we will pick the best suited for your order. Please understand that you, the customer, are responsible for the accuracy of information in your order.

When will my order ship?
Most items are in stock and ship within one to five business days. Should there be any delay, backorder and or an unexpected discontinue, we will promptly notify you and credit your credit card if any charges were made.

Will I be charged tax?
Whether sales tax will be charged varies from state to state. For California, sales tax for orders shipped or billed to California will be added to your sub-total before shipping.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be "authorized" once you place your order. The authorization process is not a charge, however, it will verify that your card is not fraudulent. Once we receive notice from the manufacturer that your item is prepared to ship, we will charge your credit card. For special order or made to order items, including items where a specific size, color, finish, fabric or other customization was selected - your credit card will be charged immediately.

What is your warranty policy?
All our products are covered under their manufacturer's warranty and handled by the manufacturer. You are welcome to contact us regarding any questions concerning a warranty policy before you purchase through our company. Warranties vary from 3 months to a lifetime depending on the manufacturer and product.

What is your cancellation and return policy?

Cancellation Policy:
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. An order is NOT deemed canceled until you receive a cancelation email from Shop Israel Boutique / LA Jewish Lawyer. If an order has shipped, or is in the process of shipping, it may NOT be cancelled. Our cancellation exceptions include special order items and orders which have already shipped. Special order items include made to order items and items where a specific size, color, finish, fabric or other customization was selected. If your item has already shipped, you will be subject to the Return Policy noted below. If you refuse receipt of an order, it will be considered a returned order and be subject to our Return Policy. Also, if FedEx, UPS, USPS or other designated carrier is unable to deliver the order pursuant to that company's delivery procedures, this order will be subject to the return policy listed below. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information in their order.

Return Policy:
We work hard to bring you the finest products available, if you are not happy with an item you received you can return any unused items for exchange or money back
Your satisfaction is important to us and we understand that once you receive an item it might not be what you expected. So, if you wish to return or exchange an item you must contact us within 8 days from the date the item was delivered. You will be responsible for round trip shipping costs. Also, many manufacturers charge a “restocking fee” for returned items. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from your refund once the manufacturer receives the returned merchandise. The exception to our return policy is for Special Order or Made To Order items and specific manufacturers which do not allow returns; Such items will have a proper notation in their description. Special order items are non-refundable and include made to order/personalized items and items where a specific size, color, finish, fabric or other customization was selected.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unassembled and must include all original packaging materials and accessories. You will need to ship your product to the specified manufacturer address to be provided; prepaid and insured by the manner in which you received it. Please call us to obtain proper return address information.
If we made an error to your order, Shop Israel Boutique / LA Jewish Lawyer will absorb the shipping costs and restocking fee.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please make sure to inspect the package at the time of the delivery. If there appears to be damage / defect to the item OR the box, please make a note on the delivery paperwork. You may write “product damaged” or "box damaged" on the paperwork. Also, please contact us immediately so we may process your claim. We will need pictures of the product and box.
You are required to inspect your order and ensure all parts are present and arrived in good condition BEFORE you dispose the boxes and packing materials. You must contact us within 48 hours if any item is damaged or defective. Shop Israel Boutique / LA Jewish Lawyer will work with the manufacturer to send you a replacement promptly.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel order for any reason, including no reason at all to any customer. In addition, we reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Shop Israel Boutique / LA Jewish Lawyer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Shop Israel Boutique / LA Jewish Lawyer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment received. If payment has already been received for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Shop Israel Boutique / LA Jewish Lawyer shall issue a refund for the cancelled order.
